Did you know that...

Maintain a safe distance

Make sure to always maintain a distance of at least two metres between yourself and other people. This includes social meetings with friends and peers, professional meetings with colleagues, entries to public spaces and transport, visits to the local shop etc. You should also try to limit any social gatherings in these tough times, but protecting yourself will keep you safe.

Clean your hands frequently

Clean your hands regularly, especially after touching any items or surfaces. Wash your hands with soap and water, and dry them thoroughly. Use alcohol-based handrub if you don’t have immediate access to soap and water. The whole process should last for at least 20 seconds.

Wear a mask and gloves.

Whenever you have to go outside of your house, especially to an indoors place, you should make sure that you are wearing a mask and ideally gloves as well. While these two items cannot stop the virus on their own, they can still contain the spread, protecting your skin from immediate contact with it.

Avoid touching your face

As it was mentioned before, masks and gloves can help against COVID-19, but they cannot stop the virus on their own. One more thing that you need to keep in mind is that you should not be touching your face, even if you're wearing a mask.
